1. Payment policy

1a. Book your course on langart.net by paying the deposit requested

2a.  Upon receipt of the application form and deposit, your registration will be definitively confirmed in writing by email. If you have requested housing, the address of your accommodation in Toulouse will be sent to you by email.

3a. The full payment of the course, the registration and accommodation search fees (if requesting accommodation) must be made no later than the 2nd day of your course. The deposit paid is deducted from the balance to be paid. You have also the possibility to proceed to the full payment of your course (and accommodation if requested) before starting your course.

The balance due can be paid in the following ways:

- Credit card – Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, Carte Bleue (+ 1.5 % for bank fees)

- Bank transfer to our account (+ 10 € for bank fees)

- Cheque payable in Euro at a French bank

- International postal (money) order (available from the US, Europe)

- Cash

2. Cancellation policy

2a. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. You may delay your course for up to one year.

2b. Langue Onze Toulouse reserves the right to cancel any scheduled group course, or to convert it into individual or a mini group (2-5 persons) course of equivalent value if the number of students enrolled in the course is less than the required minimum (6 people).

In case of conversion, the initial price is maintained and the hourly volume is recalculated as follows:
 1 student enrolled: 1h30 / day; 7h30 per week
 2 to 3 students enrolled: 2h30 / day; 12h30 per week
 4 to 5 students enrolled: 3h / day; 15h per week

NB: The cancellation policy described above are also valid for underage students (including the Summer junior study-abroad program).

3. Refund policy

If you cancel your French course:

3a. 4 or more weeks before the course starts: Langue Onze Toulouse collect the deposit paid for the registration. This deposit is valid for one year in case you decide to postpone the course.

3b.Less than 4 weeks before the course starts: All amounts paid are non-refundable. The participants who want to reschedule their course shall notify it (in writing) to the school so that their registration remains valid for one year.

3c. In the case of serious illness or injury (with doctor’s statement and other written proof): Langue Onze Toulouse will refund the amount paid, less the deposit.

3d. No refund will be given if you start your course later than scheduled or leave before the end of the session.

3e. In case of cancellation by Langue Onze Toulouse, the fees for the unused portion of the course will be refunded.

4. VISA refusal

Visa applicants, in the case of refusal of your visa: Langue Onze Toulouse will retain 200 € and the rest of the amount paid will be refunded. Any request for course cancellation shall be made in writing. To obtain refunding, you will have to send us a written proof of the decision of your visa deny refusal, signed by the consulate, indicating his respective name, address and phone number.
